课程介绍
In this phonics-focused lesson, students will explore the letter S through a variety of engaging, multi-sensory activities designed to build confidence in early reading and speaking skills. The lesson begins with familiar action songs to create energy and comfort, followed by interactive listening games that help students identify the /s/ sound in real-life contexts.
Students will then be introduced to the letter S through music, storytelling, and visual support, strengthening their phonemic awareness in a fun and meaningful way. Writing practice will guide students in forming both uppercase and lowercase S, supporting early literacy development.
Throughout the lesson, students will reinforce their learning through yes/no discrimination tasks, flashcard practice, and repetition of key vocabulary. The lesson concludes with an optional guessing game and story time to encourage comprehension, critical thinking, and spoken English in context.
By the end of the lesson, students will be able to recognise the letter S, identify its sound, begin forming the letter correctly, and confidently use simple S-related vocabulary.
