Lessons should generally be booked chronologically, meaning that the second lesson should be booked after the first, and so on.
Description
1. Warm-up & Introduction (3 minutes)
Objective: Activate prior knowledge and set the context
Teacher asks:

“What time do you usually wake up?”

“Do you drink coffee or tea in the morning?”

“What do you do after work/school?”    
2. Vocabulary Introduction (5 minutes)
Objective: Learn key routine verbs
Target vocabulary:

3. Listening & Pronunciation Practice (5 minutes)
Objective: Practice listening and pronunciation in context
Activity: Teacher reads a short paragraph twice:
“I wake up at 7:00. I brush my teeth and take a shower. Then, I eat breakfast and go to work at 8:30…”
Student task:
- 
First listen: note 3 things the speaker does. 
- 
Second listen: repeat each sentence with correct stress and rhythm. 
4. Guided Speaking Practice (5 minutes)
Objective: Practice using vocabulary in context
Activity:
 Use this scaffold:
“I usually wake up at ____. Then I ____ and ____…”
Student task: Fill in the blanks and speak aloud about their routine.
Teacher: Offers corrections and praise.
5. Cultural Connection & Short Q&A (4 minutes)
Objective: Compare daily routines (Japan vs. other countries)
Discussion prompts:

“What time do people usually have dinner in Japan?” 
- 
“Do you take a shower in the morning or at night?” 
- 
“What’s your favorite part of your day?” 
6. Wrap-up & Homework (3 minutes)
Teacher reviews:

Key verbs and simple present usage

Common time expressions: in the morning, at night, etc. 
Homework:

Write 5–7 sentences about your daily routine (with times)

Record yourself reading them aloud (if possible)
