・课程包优惠券的使用期限为第 1 堂课程时间后的 30 天内。

即使课程包的第 1 堂课程预约取消，课程包的使用期限将不会改变。若欲确认课程包的使用期限，请至「预约管理 > 课程包」页面确认。

课程介绍

Lesson Description:

This 30-minute support or evaluation session for learners who want specific assistance with English assignments including essays, grammar, English language arts, and reading comprehensions. This is not intended for English tests such IELTS, TOEIC, CELTA, the Duolingo tests, and college exams such as SAT/ACT tests.

 

The student is responsible for preparing the assignment and sending it to the tutor prior to the meeting.

 

Students can expect working closely with the tutor and receiving feedback within the allotted time.

Some Lesson Expectations:

  • I'd like to be transparent that I work another part-time job. I only receive my schedule every other week, and I am unfortunately assigned randomly. Therefore, I will be updating my schedule weekly and as needed. If my part-time work overlaps with our meetings, I may need to contact you and discuss rescheduling. It would be best to consider having 2 - 3 days of availability when booking an appointment with me. I would appreciate your flexibility and understanding!
  • Calls may be recorded and posted as unlisted on my YouTube channel for your reference and ability to revisit our lessons. I will ask for your explicit permission at the beginning of each meeting prior to recording.
  • Videos for our meetings are optional, but video on preferably.
  • All feedback and notes will be recorded during the time of our session and sent to you.

讲师的取消政策

课程包取消规定

• 「未开始」的课程包(1)随时可以取消。取消后点数将全额退还。
若欲取消「进行中」的课程包(2)，将退还剩馀课程的50％点数。
(1) 「未开始」係指课程包尚未经讲师确定。
(2) 「进行中」係指课程包中已有一堂课程经确定。（当讲师确定第一堂课程预约后，系统将自动發送课程包剩馀课程的优惠券供之后预约使用。）

取消单堂课程包课程

• 若欲取消单堂课程包课程而非整个课程包，请至该课程预约详细页面取消。取消费依讲师的一般课程取消政策而定，但「收取 50% 课程费用为取消费」将不适用。课程包优惠券仅可能返还或抵用。

课程预约确定前

  • 随时可以取消。

课程预约确定后

  • 课程时间前 2 小时內→ 收取 100% 课程费用为取消费。
  • 课程时间前 6～2 小时→ 收取 50% 课程费用为取消费。
  • 缺席→ 收取 100% 课程费用为取消费。
