Description
Have you ever felt like you are walking on egg shells ? Burdened by topics that you cannot let out . It could be out of fear of stigma , judgment or more.
I wanted to dedicate a safe space for people who are burdened by life , or who struggle with making up their minds in regards to tough decisions in life.
I have been exposed to different environments , different challenges and circumstances of life , and I do know how difficult it is to ask for help , or even find the help one needs .
So I would like to create an environment for people to discuss their real feelings with no fear. Asking for help is not some thing to be ashamed of.
I can provide such service in different languages including English and French.
Feel free to reach out to me and don't let your own feelings and thoughts suffocate you .
If you are undergoing medical treatment, recuperating from an illness, have been diagnosed with mental health issues, or if you are pregnant, please consult with a medical professional before taking a lesson.
