近母语学习者;

2.读写能力相对薄弱；
(有少量的识字基础或没有识字量)

- More than 24 hours before lesson start time.→ Cancellation is possible at any time.
- Less than 24 hours before lesson start time.→ The tutor may take a cancellation fee.
