Identify and discussion leadership qualities and how to develop them

In this sessions, we will talk about leadership, what it means for you, what qualities are important and why, as well as how to develop yourself into an effective, well-respected leader, whether for a team or a multinational conglomerate.
We will investigate and talk about:
1- Your definition of leadership
2- Examples of people who are good leaders
3- Characteristics that are essential as well as those that are helpful but not necessary
4- Characteristics that good leaders never have
5- How to develop leadership ability
6- Strategic skills to develop leadership traits and understanding
7- Managing failure & success as a leader
8- Involving team in developing leadership
We will also talk about how to enjoy the role of leader without losing effectiveness. Likewise, how to delegate and help others develop their leadership abilities and corrrecting things that are not helpful in good leaders.
This class usually results in dynaic discussion and lots of interaction and creative ideas.
