This is the first pack in a 3-part Business English series designed to help you build strong communication skills for the workplace. 

In this lesson pack, you’ll build the essential English skills to help you feel confident and prepared in professional environments. Whether you're getting ready for a job interview or meeting new colleagues, these lessons will guide you step-by-step through the language and etiquette you need to succeed.

  • In Getting Ready for an Interview, you’ll learn how to answer common interview questions, talk about your strengths, and use professional vocabulary to make a great impression.
  • In Introductions and Greeting People, you’ll practice introducing yourself clearly and politely, and learn how to start conversations in both formal and casual business settings.
  • In English Manners, you’ll explore polite expressions, tone, and cultural norms that help you communicate respectfully and professionally with others.
By the end of this pack, you’ll feel more confident using English in interviews, meetings, and everyday workplace interactions.

课程包取消规定

• 「未开始」的课程包(1)随时可以取消。取消后点数将全额退还。
若欲取消「进行中」的课程包(2)，将退还剩馀课程的50％点数。
(1) 「未开始」係指课程包尚未经讲师确定。
(2) 「进行中」係指课程包中已有一堂课程经确定。（当讲师确定第一堂课程预约后，系统将自动發送课程包剩馀课程的优惠券供之后预约使用。）

取消单堂课程包课程

• 若欲取消单堂课程包课程而非整个课程包，请至该课程预约详细页面取消。取消费依讲师的一般课程取消政策而定，但「收取 50% 课程费用为取消费」将不适用。课程包优惠券仅可能返还或抵用。

课程预约确定前

  • 随时可以取消。

课程预约确定后

  • 课程时间前 1 小时內→ 收取 50% 课程费用为取消费。
  • 缺席→ 收取 100% 课程费用为取消费。
