Description
What areas of your English do you need to improve?
Have you forgotten a lot of the English words you learned in high school?
Can't remember the differences between pronounciations?
Shy when speaking around new faces?
Don't sweat it! On this short course will take a deep dive into improving your specific needs as a learner and natural speaker of English.
If you aren't sure what you need to study, I can assess your ability in the first lesson and suggest which areas of your spoken English we can work on!
Examples of topics and conversations:
- Simple, perfect, and continuous/progressive tenses in conversation.
(When do we say "I ate lunch" and when do we say "I've eaten lunch"?)
- Local and recent news from around the planet.
(American elections, Russian tensions, tech and more!)
- Idiom Fun
(Cat got your tongue? No worries! It'll be a piece of cake in no time!)
- Slang slang slang
(How ya doin? Here we'll be covering all that street talk you'll be hearing on the road)
- Travel Stories
(We'll be talking stories, blogs and events of our unusual yet beautiful planet)
- Synonyms
(Stuck saying, "Good/Great/Fine?", let's mix it up a bit!)
- Get passionate
(Have a great debate you're passionate about? I'll be your devil's advocate)
These are just some examples, if there are other points you wish to study, just let me know!
