Description

'Leadership' --perhaps the picture that comes to our mind with that word is a person sitting in an office holding a position of authority or a person giving a message to a large audience.  Seems daunting. However I like to believe that leadership is  a mindset and  we all can practice leadership easily, one day at a time.  In fact, we all are already taking positions of being a leader in our everyday life, even without realizing it for eg, a parent inspiring their child to take the next step or a teacher or a friend inspiring us to reach our goals. It is simple and just requires practice. 
 
In this course we will explore various leadership values and talk about them. We'll watch a short video or read an article and discuss it. So c'mon and lets get started on a leadership mindset...
