B1+ Intermediate English Course Outline (100–200 Lessons, 25 Minutes Each)

This course is designed for B1+ intermediate learners who want to refine their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills for more natural and confident communication. Lessons will follow an appropriate textbook as the main guide, supplemented with interactive activities, discussions, and real-world language practice.

1. Strengthening Core Skills & Expanding Vocabulary (Lessons 1–40)

Students will review key grammar structures and improve fluency in everyday conversations. Topics will include personal experiences, travel, work, and social interactions. Lessons will focus on expressing opinions, narrating past events, and discussing future plans using a variety of tenses.

2. Improving Grammar & Complex Sentence Structures (Lessons 41–80)

Students will deepen their understanding of more advanced grammar, such as conditionals, reported speech, modal verbs, and passive voice. Speaking activities will focus on debating ideas, discussing hypothetical situations, and making polite requests or suggestions.

3. Enhancing Listening & Reading Comprehension (Lessons 81–120)

Lessons will include exposure to longer and more complex listening materials, such as interviews, podcasts, and real-life dialogues. Students will practice identifying key details, understanding implied meaning, and responding naturally in conversation. Reading activities will include articles, reports, and opinion pieces, helping students develop critical thinking skills.

4. Developing Formal & Informal Communication Skills (Lessons 121–160)

Students will practice adapting their language to different contexts, including workplace communication, customer service interactions, and social conversations. Writing tasks will cover formal emails, reports, essays, and informal messages. Speaking practice will focus on storytelling, negotiations, and problem-solving discussions.

5. Achieving Fluency & Confidence in Real-World Scenarios (Lessons 161–200)

The final stage will focus on improving fluency through real-life simulations, role-playing, and discussion-based activities. Students will refine their pronunciation, work on natural sentence flow, and gain confidence in spontaneous conversations. The course will conclude with revision sessions, mock interviews, and practice presentations.
