This is a 4-lesson pack. You will be issued 3 “coupons” when the first request is confirmed. You will be able to use these coupons for subsequent requests in the pack. Please note that all requests related to this pack must be taken within 90 days of the first lesson date.

「古式マスターヨーガ・武当派太極内丹法」については、

練功法と丹薬（練った氣）をチャクラに入れていく事により、あなたの氣がどんどん強く変化していきます。
また、レッスンでは最後に毎回「微細心瞑想」を」行います。こちらから「変性意識」に意識を落としていく技を使って、心を中庸な状態にします。
「満々とした強い氣」と「瞑想」、この2つが自分軸でしっかりブレずに”自分らしく”生きる為の「鍵」となります

【1段目 陰の氣】
大量に「氣」を作り、操れるための基礎条件を整えるレッス ンです。 古式マスターヨーガの「陰の氣」で専用の呼吸法と 調息法を体得します。
「陰の氣」を実践的に使用できる基礎 段階です。「陰の氣」は、氣脈（氣のエネルギーの道筋）を 太くし、氣量を増やします。
最後に「微細心瞑想」で瞑想状態の「変性意識」に入ります。瞑想の呼吸法は、専用の呼吸法を使用します。
この意識状態を体得していく事で、日常の生活の中で「整 った心」に「意識的」に戻すことが出来るようになってきま す。
【2段目 陽の氣】
「１段目」に作った「陰の氣」に「氣力」を加えま す。相手に影響を与える事が出来る氣力となります。
「陽の氣」を作る「武当派太極内丹法」の呼吸法と調 息法に入ります。
陽の氣は、１段目が「水」としたな ら、２段目は「お湯」に例える事ができます。「陽の 氣」に馴染み、自身の心身に「種火」を作ります。ま た、それに相応しい「氣脈」に鍛え、各チャクラに 「火」を入れて、鍛え上げていきます。
最後に微細心瞑想で整えます
【3段目 陽の氣 錬氣波】
初期の「陽の氣」を煮詰め、更に「気質」を上げま す。引き続き「内丹法」の技法で「氣」を「練る」 段階です。
「練った氣」を再び「丹田」に納める 「温養」を繰り返し、「陽神」の元を作っていきま す。
後半にもなると、かなりの「氣」の「浸透力」 を持てるようになります。
【4段目 陰陽の和合】
再び「古式マスターヨーガ」の「行法」に戻し、「陰神」を鍛えていきます。
これにより「万物」の実際の「気質」、「陰陽」の「氣」の「含み具合」を理解していきます。
ここから本格的な逆呼吸法を伝授していきます
後半は陰陽和合特融の「重量感」「高密度」の氣を体得できるようになります

初めは体感が少ないと思われても、必ず「氣のエネルギー」はやっているうちにわかるようになりますのでご安心ください。
この講座はチャクラの波動を自分で強め、使用できるようにする講座です。
レッスンは相手の波動を感じ取り、また自分の五感に集中して体内の波動の状態を観察していきます。
カメラOFFで視覚の情報なしで、体感のみを研ぎ澄ませます。

This tutor's cancellation policy
Cancellation of pack lessons
• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack
• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.
Before request is confirmed (fixed)
- Cancellation possible at any time without charge.
After request is confirmed (fixed)
- Less than 24hours before lesson start time.→ 50% of price charged.
- Between 24-48hours before lesson start time.→ 50% of price charged.
- No-Show→ 100% of price charged.
