KEIGO(honorific words) training Business Japanese
KEIGO skill is very usuful in Japanese society. Let's practice it together.
课程介绍
Using honorific words facilitates communication. That's because it lets us clearly express with grammar and vocabulary, concideration for others and respect for social position. However, if instead you use it incorrectly, then there is the possibility that the other person will misunderstand that you are not being consederate.
There are two kinds of KEIGO in Japan.
尊敬語（Sonkei-go)
Use when referring to actions performed by the listener. This raises the position of the listener and directly expresses respect.
謙譲語（Kenjo-go)
Use when referring to actions performed by yourself. This lowers your position and indirectly expresses respect.
And, you need to understand relationship between ウチ(insiders) and ソト(outsiders).
