Do you wish you have more confidence in your life? When you talk to new people, do a presentation in front of a lot of people or go to job interviews?
 
Then I might be able to help you.
 
Confidence is in some ways simple, as some people just have it, and yet it can be difficult to get if you don't naturally have it.
 
So in this lesson I'll explain to you what confidence is as well as give you some practical exercises that will help you develop more confidence in your life.
 
If you have a specific situation you'd like to develop more confidence in, please let me know, and I'll tailor my lesson towards helping you become more confident in that situation.
