  • 内容：

    • 最初に軽く流れを説明（5分くらい）

    • 残りのほぼ2時間、源氏物語の一節をぶっ通しで手書き写経

    • 書きながら自然と瞑想状態に

    • レッスン中は基本、静か（チャットや話しかけは最小限）

    • 最後に「一言感想タイム」（希望者のみ）

  • ポイント

    • 「静かな日本語の時間」を楽しむレッスン

    • 日本文化に深く触れる

    • 集中力・心の安定・美しい日本語への感性を育てる

    • 完成した写経は希望があれば写真で共有し、講師から一言コメント
