课程介绍

What can you expect during these lessons?
During my Business English lessons, I can help you improve your speaking, listening, reading and writing skills, which is needed to communicate effectively in business settings. I can also help you learn how to use English in specific business situations, such as how to send emails, write reports, give presentations, negotiate with clients, give constructive feedback, share ideas through written communication and how to participate in meetings.

Some important information:
If this is your first time taking a lesson with me, I would really recommend you to take a free trial session, as it will help me develop a personalized learning plan for you.

Before we have our trial session, I will send you a short English placement test in the form of a Google form. This will tell me your English level, which will help in identifying your strengths and areas for improvement, and help you reach your learning goals.

Then, during my free trial lesson, we will get to know each other a little bit better to see if we are a good match. We will also discuss your learning expectations, any specific objectives (e.g. to prepare for job interviews) you may have, your work industry and in what situations you use the language (e.g. video conferencing, presentations, instant internal messaging, emails), your learning goals, your interests and more.

课程包取消规定

• 「未开始」的课程包(1)随时可以取消。取消后点数将全额退还。
若欲取消「进行中」的课程包(2)，将退还剩馀课程的50％点数。
(1) 「未开始」係指课程包尚未经讲师确定。
(2) 「进行中」係指课程包中已有一堂课程经确定。（当讲师确定第一堂课程预约后，系统将自动發送课程包剩馀课程的优惠券供之后预约使用。）

取消单堂课程包课程

• 若欲取消单堂课程包课程而非整个课程包，请至该课程预约详细页面取消。取消费依讲师的一般课程取消政策而定，但「收取 50% 课程费用为取消费」将不适用。课程包优惠券仅可能返还或抵用。

课程预约确定前

  • 随时可以取消。

课程预约确定后

  • 课程时间前 24 小时以上→ 随时可以取消。
  • 课程时间前 24 小时內 → 讲师将可能收取消费。
  • 缺席→ 讲师将可能收取消费。
