【Class description】
 In this class, you will stretch, release and strengthen your whole body by moving slowly, mindfully and smoothly, synchronizing your breath with movements. It is a moving meditation that connects between body, mind and breath. We flow from pose to pose, one breath per a movement taking you a beautiful and dynamic style of flow incorporating standing postures such as worriors or langes, balance postures, detoxifying twists and some challange poses if you wish. Expect to feel very reflesh, renewed and energized after the class. Although this class is for who wants to move the body actively, it can be all level class with several modification available. I hope to see you in the class! (There is also 60mins Full class!)
