Lesson Pack Details

- This is a lesson pack of 4 lessons in total. When you send the request for the first lesson, points for all 4 lessons will be deducted at once.
- Once the tutor confirms the first request, “100% OFF coupons” that can be used for the remaining 3 requests will be issued automatically.
- You can use these coupons to send requests for the remaining lessons.
- The validity period for this lesson pack is 60 days starting from the scheduled date and time of the first confirmed lesson.

Even if the first scheduled lesson is canceled, the already set validity period will not change.

Descrizioni

This is a discounted course for students who want to take one of the lessons below 4 times a month or more.

Lesson Details:
Each lesson is 50 minutes long.
When you make the lesson request, please indicate which lesson you want to take.

Eligible Lessons:
1. Speak Like a Chinese Person
2. Short Term Spoken Chinese: Pre-Intermediate
3. Short Term Spoken Chinese: Intermediate
4. Short Term Spoken Chinese: Advanced
5. Chinese Culture, Customs, and Thought
6. Intermediate Business Chinese (Materials Provided)
7. Chinese interpreter Training
8. Chinese Folk Culture (Materials Provided)

Please Note
You must book your first lesson here. After the first lesson has been completed, I will send you 3 100% off coupons for the remaining lessons. Please use these coupons to make requests from the second lesson onwards.
*The coupons will be valid for one month

Cancellation of pack lessons

• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack

• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.
