Are you feeling confused or stuck in a situation at work, school, or in a relationship?

In this lesson, we will practice English conversation while talking about something that is difficult for you. You can share your thoughts, and I will help you find the right words in English.

At the same time, ask simple questions to help you think about your situation in a new way. This can help you understand your feelings more clearly and feel more confident about what to do next.

 

What you can practice in this lesson:

  • Talking about your thoughts and feelings in English
  • Learning new vocabulary and natural expressions
  • Finding new ways to think about a difficult situation
 

I am studying life coaching, so I will use helpful tools and questions during our talk. But don’t worry – this is a relaxed and friendly English lesson. I will guide you step by step, and we will go at your pace.
