How This Class Works: The Challenge Workflow
 

Lessons are built around custom business scenarios designed specifically for your job. Before each class, you will receive a specific "Challenge" to solve.

Example Challenge: "The Last-Minute Change"
  • Medium: Video Call (Roleplay)
  • Counterparty: Sarah (Senior Director / Client) — Stressed and focused on getting results quickly.
  • The Scenario: You are managing a project (a report, campaign, or product) due in two days. Sarah suddenly asks you to add a large amount of new work, which is impossible to finish before the deadline.
  • Your Task: Acknowledge her request positively, explain the impact on the timeline without saying a direct "no," and successfully negotiate a professional compromise (e.g., delivering the original project on time, and providing the new work as "Phase 2").
Flexible Preparation: You can prepare your approach before class, or if you are too busy, we can tackle the challenge together live during the lesson!
