Description

When you use Japanese at work, do you ever feel like you want to speak more naturally or express yourself with more confidence?
 
This lesson is recommended for learners at JLPT N3 level or above who work, or plan to work, in a Japanese company or a Japanese-speaking workplace.
 
We’ll focus on common workplace situations. After watching a short one-minute video, we’ll review useful expressions and Japanese workplace culture, then practice through conversation and role-plays.
 
Rather than simply memorizing Keigo rules, the goal is to help you use Keigo and polite expressions naturally in real conversations.
 
I also use English at work, so I understand how challenging it can be to work in another language. Mistakes are completely fine! 
We’ll also work on your pronunciation and unnatural expressions as we practice together.
 
Lesson topics include:
Politely asking someone to repeat or clarify something
Explaining your work progress
Asking for help or making requests
Reporting a problem or mistake
Adjusting a schedule
Responding to complaints
Suggesting an additional service
