Can you speak English, but go quiet when someone makes small talk? You're not alone — and the problem usually isn't your vocabulary. It's the flow. This lesson teaches one easy, repeatable pattern that keeps any conversation going: answer the question, add one detail, then ask it back. We'll also practise simple follow-up questions and natural reactions so there are no more awkward silences.

The whole lesson is speaking practice. I give you a topic, you reply, and I show you exactly where to keep going. In 25 minutes you'll have a clear strategy you can use straight away — at work, while travelling, or in everyday chat.

Made for intermediate (B1) adults who want to feel more relaxed and confident speaking English. Shy speakers welcome — we go at your pace.
