This lesson is mostly about Christmas vocabulary. You’ll learn general Christmas vocabulary, some words (like lots of words in English, have multiple meanings) so, you’ll have plenty of opportunity to use some of the new vocabulary, at any time of the year. Plus, if you haven’t already heard of them, I can introduce you to some dishes (mostly desserts and treats) that are traditionally served at Christmastime.
If you are preparing for IELTS, (or TOEIC or TOEFL or any other English exam), this lesson will also come in handy for when you need to respond to questions about your favourite holiday or tradition etc.
