The first step is the most difficult- taking the decision to make a change! 
My method is not harsh, it does not require calories counting and it is not painful or extremely strenous to follow. My method is focused on a balanced healthy diet, overall well-being while enjoying life in good health and embracing  organic, natural, holistic ways of living in harmony with nature and ourselves.
