Description

基礎代謝を向上させるには、身体の大きな筋肉を鍛える事が有効です。
また、背骨の柔軟性も大きな役割があります
 
まずは自分の身体の特徴を理解し、効率の良いトレーニングを行っていきましょう
また、体幹を鍛える事で外側の筋肉を大きくすることなく姿勢改善が見込めます
継続することで日常から、自分の身体の動かし方を学べます
 
対象:ダイエットに興味がある方、筋力アップを目指したい方。年齢性別関係なくご受講頂けます
必要なもの:安全に動けるスペース。お水、タオルなど
