ゆい先生のレッスンを受けてきて、だんだん上手く体を効かせられるように自分で動かせるようになったような気がします！最近はヒップトレーニング多めにしていますが、レッスン中はお尻の筋肉がすごく熱くなります。これからも老いに抗うべく、レッスンを続けていきます！
