一人でコツコツ筋トレを続けるのは、張り合いがなく、とても難しいと思います。先生に見ていただくことで、フォームの崩れを教えていただいたり、次回のレッスン日まで自主練しておこう！という、モチベーションになります。 フィードバックも充実していて、レッスン内容を思い出すことができます。今後とも、よろしくお願いします。
