She is a wonderful teacher. I never struggle to find topics to talk about. The conversation flows so naturally that I don’t even realize the lesson is over. Howard is like a tour guide for me on my journey of learning workplace English. He helps me learn how to write different kinds of emails, such as invitation emails, gentle reminder emails, and attendance confirmation emails. In his lessons, I not only learn English, but also learn more about business etiquette. I really appreciate Howard’s useful suggestions on email templates and learning tips.
