　シルビア先生は話題が豊富で、日常のことからメキシコや日本の文化、政治のことまで語学力に合わせた会話ができ、50分のレッスンがあっという間に終わります。かれこれ5年くらい週1～2回レッスンを受けていますが、飽きることなく、ほかの先生に浮気することもなく、今後も続けていけそうです。

He always provides wonderful cooking lessons. His experience working in restaurants adds so much value to every lesson, and I feel very fortunate to learn not only the recipes but also the knowledge and insights he has gained throughout his career. 教材は授業や復習に適しています。アラビア語の文法や読むのは難しいですが、楽しんで学んでいます。

合わせてボーカルも教えていただいていますが、ピアノのコード感やリスムをボーカルに活かしたり、逆に歌のフレージングや表現力をピアノの演奏に取り入れたりで、一見別物と思える二つのスキルを相互に関連付けながら学べるので、毎回のレッスンがとても実り多いものになっています。ただ弾く、歌うだけでなく、音楽を深く理解しながら自分のペースで成長できる実感があり、とても満足度が高いです。
