自分自身でやっていると、鍛えている部分がわからなかったりするのですが、サヤカ先生の的確なアドバイスで力の入れ方がわかり、レッスンの翌日は筋肉痛になるので効いているのがわかります。フィードバックも丁寧なので、レッスンの無い日は読みながら復習します。まだまだ筋肉弱ですが（汗）今後とも続けていきたいと思います！よろしくお願いいたします。
