I have been taking lessons with Koyuki Sensei since October 2023, and throughout that time I have been consistently impressed with the quality of her teaching. When I started, I had almost no knowledge of Japanese. Since then, we have worked through the Genki 1 and Genki 2 textbooks together, and we are now about to begin Quartet. What I appreciate most about Koyuki Sensei's teaching style is the balance she strikes between patience, encouragement, and challenge. Her lessons are always enjoyable and engaging, but she also knows how to push me in the right way so that I continue to improve and stay motivated. She is highly adaptable and is always able to tailor her approach to my individual needs as a learner. I genuinely look forward to every lesson and feel motivated to study between sessions, often thinking ahead to what we will cover next. 我が子それぞれ機嫌が悪いときでも、先生が音符のアプリゲームやロシアのダンスからロシアの音楽家についてお話してくださったり、レッスン後にはいつも機嫌が良くなっていて、そればかりかピアノも上達してくれているので本当に素晴らしい先生で感謝しております。

DAHON-Sensei is a very experienced and excellent teacher. His grammar lessons are focused and full of examples, practice, and review. He explains the topic and grammatical points very clearly, and makes sure you have mastered the grammar and the pronunciation. I enjoy his teaching style, which gives me lots of practice in a structured manner. He's also very friendly and firm but patient with correction. Finally, his notes are excellent, reviewing all the grammatical points we talked about with examples.

いつも緊張してしまい上手く話せない私ですが、先生がいつも笑顔で話を聞いて下さるので少しずつリラックスしてレッスンを受けれるようになりました。仕事で忙しくて勉強から離れてしまうことが度々あるのですが、先生のおかげで継続できています。いつもありがとうございます。

こちら、慣用句の授業ですが、まず、日本と韓国の近い感覚を知ることができ、また、その違った表現に驚くことも多く、より韓国語に親しみを感じることができます。先生はこの授業を通して、一本踏み込んだ説明でより納得させてくださるし、慣用句を元にいろいろな文法や単語を、明るく丁寧に、そして親身に教えてくださいます。慣用句のレッスンはあまりないと思うのですが、お薦めできる楽しい時間です！

黒先生のレッスンはいつも完璧に準備されていて、とても充実しています。例えば、絵について話すときは、まず私の話を聞いてくれて、その後に一緒に間違いを一つひとつ確認してくださいます。さらに、使える語彙リストをくださったり、最後に文法まで丁寧に教えてくださったりするので、非常に効率的に学べます。先生の教えてくれる内容はどれも本当に価値があり、私の日本語が確実に上達すると確信しています。いつも笑顔で、お話ししていてとても楽しく、毎回レッスンがあっという間です。本当にありがとうございます！ Kuro Sensei always comes to class very well-prepared. When we discuss topics like picture, he first encourages me to speak, and then we go over my mistakes together. After that, he provides a list of useful vocabulary, and he finishes the lesson by reviewing the relevant grammar structures, making the session incredibly productive. The knowledge he shares is truly valuable, and I am confident that his teaching style will significantly help me improve my Japanese. He is always cheerful, easy to talk to, and makes the lessons so much fun. Thank you so much!
