Teacher Oyu always provides engaging and enjoyable lessons. We have a lot of fun talking about our daily lives while learning Japanese in a relaxed and pressure-free atmosphere. I have been studying with her for almost two years, and thanks to her guidance, I was able to pass the JLPT N3—something I never thought I could achieve. I have been taking lessons with Koyuki Sensei since October 2023, and throughout that time I have been consistently impressed with the quality of her teaching. When I started, I had almost no knowledge of Japanese. Since then, we have worked through the Genki 1 and Genki 2 textbooks together, and we are now about to begin Quartet. What I appreciate most about Koyuki Sensei's teaching style is the balance she strikes between patience, encouragement, and challenge. Her lessons are always enjoyable and engaging, but she also knows how to push me in the right way so that I continue to improve and stay motivated. She is highly adaptable and is always able to tailor her approach to my individual needs as a learner. 合わせてボーカルも教えていただいていますが、ピアノのコード感やリスムをボーカルに活かしたり、逆に歌のフレージングや表現力をピアノの演奏に取り入れたりで、一見別物と思える二つのスキルを相互に関連付けながら学べるので、毎回のレッスンがとても実り多いものになっています。ただ弾く、歌うだけでなく、音楽を深く理解しながら自分のペースで成長できる実感があり、とても満足度が高いです。

月相のフェーズ毎に意識することや流れを教えてもらい、生活に取り入れています。流れがスムーズになった気がします。

ゆかり先生は日本とアメリカ　EUの文化で育っていらっしゃるので　欧米在住アジア人の特性などをよく理解されていて　本気で発音矯正したい方　自己学習ができる方に、ものすごく力になってくれます。実際私も先生のおかげで　アメリカとイギリスの発音の違いが聞き取れるようになってきました。　先生と話が弾む、ということも　学習の上での大きな動機付けになります。　現在　先生と時間が合わず　レッスン受講できないのが残念！
