I didn't expect the teacher to speak Russian, so it was fun that we could speak both English and a little Russian!!

Amazing tutor, very well suited to intermediate conversation, can explain well in both Japanese and English, she studies languages herself so she understands the hard parts of it, and she's very relaxed making her a perfect partner for any topic. Highly recommended.

She provides recording and pronunciation files, and even intonation guides so you can practice on your own after the class. My Japanese has improved thanks to Tomoko-sensei. ボラ先生のレッスンを受けて10ヶ月ほど経ちます。毎回ほどよい緊張感を持って、レッスンを受けられることが良いなと感じています。今はテキストを使ったレッスンを選択していて、リスニングの内容もレッスン中だけでなく、フィードバックの時にも文字で残してくれます。ボラ先生は、フィードバックもとても丁寧にしてくれるので助かります。なかなか定期的にレッスンを受けられていないので、2026年後半はもう少し回数を増やしていけたらと思います。韓国語の先生を探されている方は、ぜひ一度ボラ先生のレッスンを受けてみてください。
