Description

These are specific exercises created for moms who are suffering from a weak core and/or Diastasis Recti. They are safe for moms suffering from a weak pelvic floor or pelvic organ prolapse. They help in regaining strength, function and slimming down the waist.

Equipment (recommended but optional): mini exercise ball (20-30cm), rubber resistance band, rubber resistance band loop, yoga block

Important: For this lesson it is necessary to know how to do pelvic floor exercises (also called Kegels). If you don’t know how to activate these muscles, make sure you have done the MAMA – Strong Pelvic Floor class first.   • Less than 2hours before lesson start time.→ 100% of price charged.
  • Between 2-12hours before lesson start time.→ 50% of price charged.
  • No-Show→ 100% of price charged.
