Description

Gestalt Counseling is based on the assumption that individuals and their environment are an indivisible field and any state of suffering comes from the confusion and malfunction at the contact points between the two boundaries.
Aims & Goals

  • to learn to pay close attention to: breathing, grounding, chronic tension, posture, voice, gesture, since the body speaks and it is “used” both as a means of awareness and as a communication provider.
  • to facilitate and support the process of changing and growing favouring awareness.
  • to bring light and awareness to fear. 
Professional Counselor, registred with SIAF Italia, as Counselor code no. SI264-CG, regulated under the law n.4/2013 (Italy)
English fluency needed or Italian Level B2-C1
