Lesson Pack Details

This is a 8-lesson pack. You will be issued 7 “coupons” when the first request is confirmed. You will be able to use these coupons for subsequent requests in the pack. Please note that all requests related to this pack must be taken within 30 days of the first lesson date.

Lessons should generally be booked chronologically, meaning that the second lesson should be booked after the first, and so on.

This 8-lesson pack is perfect for those who wish to study Italian twice a week for one month (30 days). I always recommend my students to alternate at least one grammar lesson and one conversation lesson per week, it's the ideal pace for language learning! Plus, you get to immediately practice the grammar studied in the previous lesson in the relaxed atmosphere of a conversation class, where your main goal is communication, so you feel less pressure compared to a grammar lesson. 
 
Grammar lesson (50'): 3000 points　x 4 = 12000 points   
Conversation lesson (50'): 2500 points　x 4 = 10000 points  

TOTAL = 22000 points 16000 points (-27%) ♡   

☆Book your lesson ahead of time! I have MANY active students right now, so you might be unable to find 2 free slots throughout the week if you book last minute. I recommend sending the requests at least one week earlier! ^_^

★Can I choose other lesson types and/or request customized lessons?
Sure, we can have pronunciation lessons, travel Italian lessons, and text-only conversations (please, check out the details on the lesson list on my profile). Special lessons and limited edition lessons are not included. 

★Can I switch the lesson type?
Yes, you may even take 8 grammar lessons or 8 conversation lessons (or any other online lesson type). I strongly recommend taking 2 lessons per week (1st one grammar, 2nd one conversation), but we may change our plans according to your schedule and needs even at the last minute! 

★What happens when the teacher is on leave?
If consecutive days are off on my schedule during the month of validity of the lessons pack, I will extend the validity of the remaining coupons for the same amount of days I took off, starting from the expiration day. 

★What happens if I cancel a lesson (less than 24 hours before the lesson) or my coupons expire?
Your coupons/points will be collected. One of the reasons is that knowing I'll be busy twice a week with a student, I won't be able to accept requests from other students.
However, you will be assigned a written task/activity tailored to your curriculum to keep studying autonomously and I'll be available to give you support and feedback via Cafetalk messages or chat! ^_^

Cancellation of pack lessons

• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack

• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.
