Absolute beginners are more than welcome! This pilates program targets the stomach and hip area.

Description

This is a 40 minute pilates lessons that is open to absolute beginners.

We will start with stretches,
check your pilates breathing techniques.
do pelvic alignment exercises,
and then do pilates poses that utilize the muscles around your waist.

We won’t be doing difficult poses, this course is more about being conscious of your body.

I will hold the lessons in a way that will help you feel the effect in your muscles!

If you have any questions or requests, please let me know before the lesson!!
