子育てをしていると心配がつきなかったり、ときに罪悪感を抱くことはありませんか?
そんな感情を感じるのは、あなたが「思いやりのある親」だから。
罪悪感や心配に振り回せないような「親としてのありかた」を一緒に”英語で”楽しく探検しませんか?
NVC(非暴力コミュニケーション)の「思いやりのある子育て方法」をベースに、日本のインターナショナルスクールで英語教師をしていて、3歳児の子育て中の私がプライベートレッスンをします。
在日16年のバイリンガルなので、日本語と英語を織り交ぜたレッスンもできます。
英語中級~上級レベルの方が対象です。
※目安がTOEIC 785点以上、TOEFLのスピーキング20~24点
When it comes to parenting, do you find yourself worrying or feeling guilty a lot of the time? You're not alone! These emotions exist because you care deeply for your child/children.
How do you become aware that you're feeling guilty or worrying about your child/children? How do you see the needs you have underneath the guilt and worry? How do you act differently so you don't need to feel guilty or worry?
In our every day relationship with our child/children, we're bound to have conflicts and worries. Let's talk about our parenting challenges, explore the feelings and needs behind them, learn to give yourself self-empathy so you can have a more joyful time being a parent!
In our lesson, we'll share our experiences as parents, and I may also share with you some resources on parenting that will hopefully help make your parenting journey a lot more joyful and meaningful.
