Lesson Pack Details
This is a 7-lesson pack. You will be issued 6 “coupons” when the first request is confirmed. You will be able to use these coupons for subsequent requests in the pack. Please note that all requests related to this pack must be taken within 90 days of the first lesson date.

【クライアント中心療法とは】
クライアント中心療法は、クライアントが自分で問題を解決できるようにカウンセラーが手助けをしていくカウンセリングです。カウンセラーはあなたの問題の答えを出すことはできませんが、カウンセリングによって、自分自身をもっとよく知ることができるようになり、自分の人生をコントロールしやすくなっていきます。そのプロセスを踏んでいくことによって、自然と自分で問題を解決できるようになっていきます。受け身体制ではなかなか自分の中に変化はおきませんが、変わろうという意思さえあれば十分です。
話を聞いてもらうことでありのままの自分を受け入れてもらい、話すことによって自分の置かれている状況を理解し、自分自身についての新たな発見や気付きに取り組みたい方にお薦めします。
【C B T 認知行動療法とは】
C B T 認知行動療法はクライアントさんの抱える問題に対して、クライアントさんの物のとらえ方、考え方に働きかけていく療法です。特に理論的に系統立ててカウンセリングを受けたい方に向いています。
私たちの物事のとらえ方はどうしても一定の思考パータンに固定しがちです。この固定化された思考パターン変えていくことを目的としてカウンセリングを進めていきます。私たちはこの固定化した考え方とそれによる結果の関係は意識しないと自分ではなかなか気づきません。まずそれをはっきりさせるお手伝いをいたします。「きっかけになる出来事」→「その出来事のとらえ方、それによる行動」→「結果」の流れに気づき、その固定化した考え方に取って代わる、別の思考パターンに修正していき、より現実的に対処できるようにしていきます。

自分に自信が持てない （自意識過剰）、不安（将来への漠然とした不安なども）、緊張、ストレス、各種の依存症、人間関係、家族問題、虐待、トラウマ、 いじめ、カップルの問題、パーソナリティーの問題、職場でのストレス、退職後の不安、産後の鬱など、自分一人では行き詰まってしまっている方のサポートをしております。
・海外で生活する中での異文化から受けるストレスなどのカウンセリングもサポートしております。
・カウンセリングというとどうしても近寄りがたいと感じてしまう方も多いようです。メンタルが弱いとレッテルを貼られるのではないか、深刻な精神の病気を患っていいるのではと思われたくないと考える方もいるでしょう。カウンセリングをジムでパーソナルトレイナーを付ける感覚と同じように是非とも気軽に体験してみてください。

Cancellation of pack lessons
• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack
• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.
