Lesson Progression
1. When you make the request, please write a brief message about what you’re planning to ask, if possible. I will use that to prepare the necessary information.
2. Let’s talk freely during the lesson! Ask me all of your questions, tell me about what you’re feeling anxious about, and let’s work through it together.
3. After the lesson has been completed, I will send you a brief counseling report. Please use it for your reference as you study.
