I will teach you stretches to ease those aches and improve your posture. This class focuses on the lower back, hips, glutes and upper legs.
Suitable for office workers, drivers, manual workers, any job involving repetition or sitting for a long time. Sitting at a desk or in a car for long periods of time will cause tightness in your body. That tightness can cause pain and over time, posture can be affected.
Q: What's the end goal of these lessons?
A: To release tightness in your muscles and eventually improve/restore your posture.
Q: What are the health benefits?
A: Stretching daily helps ease aches and pains, corrects your posture, increases your energy levels and is a good stress reliever.
Q: How often will I need to stretch?
A: Ideally every day but of course not everyone always has spare time. But I would recommend stretching at least twice a week.
