課程介紹

Approach: Start with easy stretches warming up your body to avoid injury. I will guide you through series of postures to get rid of body stiffness, loosen up and relax your muscles.

How does it work?
When you stretch a muscle, you lengthen the tendons, or muscle fibers, that attach it to the bone and with that the same time your muscles become stronger. Flexible muscles also make everyday activities easier on your body and may decrease your risk of certain injuries. Stretching can improve bad postures, and this approach also helps for those have been through injuries, even contribute to conditions like arthritis and other illnesses.

I offer 10 minutes free discussion at your first booked lesson to talk about your goals and intentions.

All lessons are in English. I teach in a simple way that non-native speakers understand easily, so you should feel at ease in my class.

Please have your camera working, so we both see each other during the class.
