A new program that combines stretching, Dance fitness, Ballet and Yoga!
It all starts with breathing exercises to center and relax the mind and moves on to stretching exercises to relax your muscles.
Next, the instructor will help you develop an improved and strengthened posture using concepts from dance fitness, ballet and yoga. You will learn how to better be aware of your body's axis and center of gravity. This will give you an ideal, balanced posture that improves your stamina.
Together, we can build a beautifully balanced BodyMind foundation for you!
This can be done in a yoga mat space.
Please bring loose, stretchy clothing and a drink to the lesson.
It's a very easy class, so beginners are welcome!
Kids and Seniors are also welcome.
