Dear all, 

we're nearing the end of a year, yet again, and it feels as though 2021 has passed even faster than 2020. It was a joyful year with all of you. I had wonderful, thought-provoking and stimulating discussions and debates with so many of you and it was heart-warming to see those of you who only started learning German to progress gently and with confidence. 

I'd like to take the opportunity to thank you for everything you taught me in the last twelve months (yes, you read this right - I learned a lot from you) and thank you for your trust. Here's is to a fruitful collaboration in 2022!

Before we can begin the new year with vigour, however, it needs a good break to recoup the energy so vital for teaching and learning. I will be available for classes until Tuesday, 21 December included. I will return on Monday, 10 January 2022. Classes can be booked again starting Monday, 3 January 2022 for the following week. 

All existing coupons will be extended until February 2022. 

As has been the case for a few weeks already, I'ill be available five days a week instead of three days only. I will, however, take a regular week off every five or six weeks in order to focus on writing my second book. 

If you have a question regarding your coupons or classes, or if you have wishes or desires regarding your upcoming classes, please do get in touch.

wir nähern uns wieder dem Ende eines Jahres und es fühlt sich an, als wäre 2021 noch schneller vergangen als 2020. Es war ein freudiges Jahr mit euch/Ihnen allen. Ich hatte wundervolle, zum Nachdenken anregende Diskussionen und Debatten mit so vielen von euch/Ihnen und es war wunderbar den Fortschritt all derjenigen zu beobachten, die sich erst in diesem Jahr entschlossen Deutsch zu lernen.
 
Ich möchte die Gelegenheit nutzen, mich bei euch/Ihnen für all das zu bedanken, was ich dank euch/Ihnen in den letzten zwölf Monaten lernen durfte (das meine ich ganz im Ernst!). Besonders am Herzen liegt mir das Vertrauen, das ihr/Sie mir entgegenbringt/entgegenbringen. Ich freue mich auf eine produktive Zusammenarbeit im Jahr 2022!
 
Bevor wir jedoch mit Schwung in das neue Jahr starten können, braucht es etwas Ruhe, um die für das Lehren und Lernen so wichtige Energie wiederzuerlangen. Ich stehe für Kurse bis einschließlich Dienstag, den 21. Dezember, zur Verfügung. Ich kehre am Montag, den 10. Januar 2022 zurück. Ab Montag, 3. Januar 2022, können für die Folgewoche wieder Kurse gebucht werden.
 
Alle bestehenden Coupons werden bis Februar 2022 verlängert.
 
Im nächsten Jahr ich fünf Tage die Woche statt nur drei Tage für euch/Sie da sein. Ich werde jedoch alle fünf oder sechs Wochen eine Woche frei nehmen, um mich auf das Schreiben meines zweiten Buches zu konzentrieren.
 
Solltet ihr/Sollten Sie Fragen zu euren/Ihren Coupons oder Kursen haben, dann meldet/melden Sie sich kurz bei mir. Ich bin ausserdem für Vorschläge für neue Kurse offen.
 
Ich wünsche euch/Ihnen alles Gute für das Jahresende. Ich freue mich auf ein Wiedersehen im Jahr 2022!

nous approchons de la fin d'une année, encore une fois, et on a l'impression que 2021 est passé encore plus vite que 2020. Ce fut une année joyeuse avec vous tous. J'ai eu des discussions et des débats merveilleux et stimulants avec tant d'entre vous et cela faisait chaud au cœur de voir ceux d'entre vous qui n'ont commencé qu'à apprendre l'allemand progresser en douceur et avec confiance.
 
J'en profite pour vous remercier pour tout ce que vous m'avez appris au cours des douze derniers mois (oui, vous avez bien lu - j'ai beaucoup appris de vous) et merci pour votre confiance. En route pour une collaboration stimulante en 2022 !
 
Avant de pouvoir commencer la nouvelle année avec vigueur, cependant, elle a besoin d'une bonne pause pour récupérer l'énergie si vitale pour l'enseignement et l'apprentissage. Je serai disponible pour les cours jusqu'au mardi 21 décembre inclus. Je serai de retour le lundi 10 janvier 2022. Les cours peuvent être à nouveau réservés à partir du lundi 3 janvier 2022 pour la semaine suivante.
 
Tous les coupons existants seront prolongés jusqu'en février 2022.
 
Comme c'est le cas depuis quelques semaines déjà, je serai disponible cinq jours par semaine au lieu de trois jours seulement. Je vais cependant prendre une semaine de congé toutes les cinq ou six semaines afin de me concentrer sur l'écriture de mon deuxième livre.
