Hello and welcome! 

Would you like to feel more confident speaking English, express your ideas more naturally, or improve your communication skills for work and everyday life? I’m here to help you!

My name is Thandeka, and I’m a native English speaker from South Africa. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Life Sciences, a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Medical Virology, and a 120-hour TEFL certificate. I also have a business administration certificate, which complements my interest in helping students develop their professional and workplace communication skills.

I have experience teaching English online to students from different backgrounds, as well as tutoring medical virology. These experiences have helped me develop my communication, explanation, and presentation skills.

In my lessons, we can practise conversational English, business English, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, and fluency. We can also enjoy free conversations about travel, culture, current events, hobbies, work, or any topic that interests you!

My teaching style is friendly, patient, and supportive. I understand that speaking a new language can sometimes feel intimidating, so I want you to feel comfortable making mistakes, asking questions, and expressing yourself without fear of being judged.

Whether you are a beginner building your confidence or an advanced learner looking to communicate more naturally, I will do my best to make our lessons enjoyable, practical, and suited to your goals.
