Hello! My name is Avashnee, and I’m a certified TEFL/TESOL English teacher with a 150-hour Advanced TEFL/TESOL certificate. I’m passionate about creating a comfortable and encouraging space where students feel confident expressing themselves.
I specialize in conversational English, helping students improve their fluency, pronunciation, and overall communication skills in a natural and relaxed way. I genuinely enjoy connecting with people from different cultures and backgrounds. I’m particularly interested in language, psychology, personal growth, and communication, which often makes my lessons dynamic and thought-provoking. Whether we’re discussing everyday life, travel, career goals, or deeper topics, I aim to make each session feel supportive and valuable.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy journaling, reading, and baking, especially trying new recipes. These interests often inspire fun and relatable conversation topics in class.
