Hello everyone, and welcome to my Cafetalk profile!
Thank you so much for visiting.

I'm Tutor Jhe from the Philippines, currently living and working as an English teacher in Tokyo, Japan.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Technical Teacher Education, majoring in English, and I've been teaching English since 2015. With over 9 years of experience, I've taught students of all ages—from young children to adults—in both classroom settings and online.

My teaching journey in Japan includes:

  • Teaching Survival English to government officials in Ibaraki, Japan
  • Almost 3 years of early childhood education (Nursery & Kindergarten) in Gunma
  • 2 years as an ALT in Tokyo, teaching English daily to elementary students from grades 1 to 6

If you're a parent looking for support for your child's English learning, I can also help prepare your kids for elementary school English classes in Japan — perfect for early starters!

I'm deeply passionate about the Japanese language and culture, and I admire Japan for its traditions, peaceful lifestyle, and safe environment.
