Hello, my name is Viet.
I am from the Black Forest region in Germany and currently live in Japan while learning Japanese myself.
Because I am also learning a new language, I understand how difficult it can feel when you understand something but cannot find the right words when speaking.
I work as a physician at a university hospital in Germany and am also involved in university teaching. On Cafetalk, I offer German, English and medical German lessons.
In my lessons, we can talk about everyday life, travel, food, music, culture, work or life in Germany. Grammar and vocabulary are included naturally when they are useful for communication.
For medical German, we can practice healthcare vocabulary, doctor-patient communication and common expressions used in hospitals. The focus is language practice, not medical advice.
You do not need to speak perfectly. Let’s practice step by step and help you feel more comfortable using the language.
