Hello! I’m Hana, a Korean language instructor.
I’m a bright and easygoing Korean person who enjoys talking with people and learning about different cultures.
While majoring in Korean as a Foreign Language, I naturally became interested in helping international students learn Korean. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to study Korean together with students from different backgrounds and with different learning goals.
I believe that one of the most important things when learning something new is having an environment where you feel comfortable asking questions. That’s why I enjoy teaching in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, where we can talk comfortably and have fun while learning.
I’m also learning Japanese, so I understand many of the difficulties and frustrations that come with learning a foreign language. When you’re studying, you may sometimes wonder, “Why do Koreans say it this way?” or “Does this expression really sound natural?” But it’s not always easy to ask your teacher about every little question.
I don’t want you to simply let those questions pass. If there is anything you find confusing or difficult during our lesson, even if it seems like a small question, please feel free to ask me. I’ll do my best to explain it clearly and in an easy-to-understand way.
We can also talk comfortably about Korean culture, everyday life in Korea, and many other interesting topics—not just the Korean language.
I’m really looking forward to meeting you and having a comfortable and enjoyable time together!
Let’s take on this challenge together! I’ll be your reliable guide on your Korean-learning journey.
Thank you! ?
