 A Chinese language tutor based in Japan and a graduate of Shanghai International Studies University is here to gently support you in your daily life through Chinese language learning and Zi Wei Dou Shu fortune-telling.

 

I’m JuneJasmin, a Chinese language tutor and fortune-teller with a Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N1 certification.

Whether you’re a beginner or intermediate-level learner, you will be able to enjoy learning everyday conversation and authentic Zi Wei Dou Shu (traditional Chinese astrology) while having fun interpreting your birth chart!

I’m originally from Shanghai, China, and currently live in Nasu, Japan, which is a place rich in nature.

It’s been three years since I came to Japan. Through the power of language, I’ve personally experienced the joy of a “new world suddenly opening up.” I wanted to share that excitement with Chinese language learners. That is why I became a tutor.

• Those who love fortune-telling and want to interpret their own fortunes in Chinese
• Those who want to relax and listen to real-life stories about Chinese culture and life in Shanghai and Japan

Introduction to Lesson Courses

1. “Zi wei Dou shu × Chinese language” Lessons

I will use my own “Mingpan” (birth chart) as teaching material. This unique lesson allows you to naturally acquire Chinese while deciphering your own talents and the flow of your fortune. It is perfect for those interested in fortune-telling and those who want to learn in a fun and practical way.

2. “Practical Chinese & Idioms” Lessons

Focusing on four-character idioms, these lessons help you deepen your usage and understanding of Chinese while gaining a deeper understanding of its cultural context. From everyday conversation to more advanced topics, I provide careful, one-on-one instruction. Beginners are more than welcome!

3. Trial Lesson (15 minutes)

Start with a 15-minute lesson where we’ll address your learning concerns, create a study plan, simply have a casual conversation, or whatever suits your needs.

 

 Learning a language broadens your world. Understanding your birth chart helps you understand yourself. Let’s explore both worlds together.
