About Me!
Hello. I am Bright, originally from Ghana but now living in Japan. As a dedicated teacher with nine years of experience teaching different subjects, including English, ICT, and Geography at elementary and high schools, I am passionate about using my experiences and expertise to inspire, support, and provide an enabling environment for students to succeed. 

My Teaching Strategy

My favorite language teaching strategy is the Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) method. My content is centered around your goals and is full of fun. 

Education

I graduated with a master of Education in Advanced Teaching from the University of the People, USA, a Bachelor of Education from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana, and a diploma in Basic Education from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. I also obtained a Diploma in Japanese from the University of Toyama, Japan, and am currently a Graduate Research Student at Joetsu University of Education, Japan.

My Experience studying Japanese as a second language
Studying Japanese has given me insight into the uncertainties of learning a new language, especially the fear of making mistakes. This has helped me to develop empathy for English learners and has motivated me to teach English at CafeTalk.

My content!

I love to teach conversational skills. However, I also love to help students develop English skills for education,  business,  lifestyle,  traveling, etc. With my background as an educator, I would be ready to help students who are interested in research, study abroad, African geography, and public speaking.

You can reserve lessons 24 hours in advance and cancel my lessons 6 hours in advance for a 100% refund!
